Illowa Glen

A recently completed multi residential development yielding 52 apartments in a prime Malvern East location. Shared between two mirrored forms, accommodation aligns a central oasis of vegetation. The four storey buildings adopt orientations and heights to promote a contemporary design that adaptively utilises all perimeters. Natural textures, stone, steel and glass combine to provide a strongly articulated but balanced composition.
