Seymour Ave House

An addition to a double fronted Victorian property coupling the restoration of heritage with contemporary amenity and form. Traditional room layouts are retained to provide intimate bedrooms in the original building, leading to open and expansive volumes towards the rear. Kitchen, dining and external terrace spaces merge creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior. Timber and steel juxtapose with brick and render to present a building with clear and complementary languages.
